Eligibility: If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following criteria:

  • You have the video of unboxing the item.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be in its original packaging. 

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. 

Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Replacement Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

Approved Replacement: If your replacement is approved, we will verify stock availability and arrange the shipment of the new product within 7 business days.

Replacements for Out-of-Stock Items: If the item you wish to replace is no longer in stock, we will make every effort to offer you an alternative solution, such as a similar product or a full refund.

Late or Missing Replacemens: If you haven’t received your replacement within the specified timeframe, please contact our Customer Support Team (Click Here) for assistance.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and the funds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
